大家好！
这次，我竞选班干部的目标是“值日小班长”。我竞选这个班干部的原因是现在许多老师曾十分信任的值日班长常常用扣分来威胁成绩不理想的同学，欺负同学。比如在宿舍打了铃以后，他们一直在吵闹，到最后老师批评下来又不敢担当，嫁祸在别人身上，其他人又不敢反驳，这很不公平。所以我想打抱不平，用实力竞选这个职位。
我竞选这个班干部的优势还挺多的。在这个学期，我的学习稳定下来了，成绩在前二十名以上，虽然没有达到最好，但是我已经定下了目标，要在原来的基础上更上一层楼！还有，我平常的纪律也很好，不会闹课堂，最重要的是——我一定会大公无私的管理好班级，绝对不会有半点私心！
当然如果我入选了，我还会像我说的一样，全力维护班级，还要在自己学习稳中求进的情况下帮助学习成绩暂时落后的'同学，不但自己进步，还要让全班同学进步起来！除了这些，我还必须要做到公平公正的对待班级，不能为了自己的利益而去做不顾他人感受的是，不仅如此，我还要怀着积极向上的态度把各方面水平提升上去。而且这个职位还能帮我提高我的胆识让我不懂就要主动去问，乐于助人，向好的一面发展！
不过，如果我落选了，我也不会气馁，我会好好反思我落选的原因，找到并改正，我仍旧要保持积极的态度去帮助同学，努力提升自己，完善自己，落实自己，做到胜不骄败不馁，以一颗平常心面对现实，争取下一次直登高峰！同学们，让我们从现在开始，一新学期为起点认真的学习，踏实地走好每一步，以崭新的面貌迎接每一个崭新的开始！
